Shekhar is the Group Company Secretary of IL&FS since March 2019 responsible for Secretarial & Compliance across the Group working closely with regulatory authorities like SEBI & RBI.

He has over 28 years of functional exposure to Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Treasury & Corporate reporting, Secretarial & Compliance and Corporate Affairs etc. across service sector industries like NBFC, Information Technology, Clinical Reference Laboratory, etc.

Shekhar is a CA, CS and CWA.
