Our requirements generally arise in areas like Infrastructure Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting. We would be interested in hearing from Chartered Accountants or Business School graduates (in finance) from institutes of repute, who possess relevant experience in the above areas.
In Infrastructure, our projects cover a wide range of sectors including Power, Roads, Airports, SEZ's, FTWZ's, Integrated township development, Social infrastructure, Tourism, Privatization of state units, Industrial ventures, etc. Consequently, we welcome interest from professionals who have strong understanding of Commercial laws, Finance and Capital raising methodologies. The work entails a significant amount of financial modelling, making presentations, closing deals and therefore a strong grounding in consultancy / banking / research would be extremely useful.
