Mr. Danny Samuel

Chief Executive Officer, IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited

Mr. Danny Samuel currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited (ITNL) and Roadstar Investment Managers Limited (RIML).

With a career extending over 25 years across various infrastructure sectors, encompassing Energy, Roads, and Aviation, Mr Samuel has a profound understanding of navigating intricate financial, operational and business restructuring challenges inherent to infrastructure assets and distressed projects, using his experience and business acumen. Professionally, he has been with IL&FS for over 15 years and previously held key positions in ITNL, an IL&FS group company.

RIML is the investment manager of the newly formed InvIT by IL&FS for resolution of select road assets and is an important part of the overall group resolution framework adopted by the New Board.
