Ms. Jayashree Ramaswamy

Chief Financial Officer, IL&FS Group

Jayashree is currently the Chief Financial Officer of IL&FS and also holds the CFO position in IL&FS Financial Services Limited. She is responsible for helping the Board in finance matters while it undertakes the resolution activities. She joined IL&FS in September 2019.

Jayashree has over 33 years of experience in leading the finance and administration function across diverse industries including IT, Financial Services and Information Services. In her earlier stints she has served companies like TCG Ivega, Cargil Capital and Dun & Bradstreet.

Jayashree is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an Associate Member of the ICWAI, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Certified Public Accountant from State of Delaware, USA.
