Mr. Joy Banerjee

Joy Banerjee is the CHRO of IL&FS Group with responsibilities including employee relationship, statutory and regulatory compliance, administration & operations, compensation benchmarking, leadership development, talent management, employee transition and settlements.

In the past, Joy has worked with reputed insurance companies such as Liberty Mutual, TATA-AIG Life Insurance, Reliance Life Insurance, Aviva Life Insurance, Max New York Life Insurance and LIC of India. He also worked with logistics companies - Blue Dart and DHL. His experience ranged from India, South East Asia, China, Russia, Turkey, Europe and USA.

Joy is a Post Graduate from Kakatiya University and has done his MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, SHRM and XLRI on Human Resource. He is also a Post Graduate from CMC Limited in Computer Application.

He is an Associate Member of Insurance Institute of India.
