Chief Operating Officer, IL&FS Group (Asset Monetization)

Priya is leading asset monetization for energy and financial services verticals of IL&FS under the new Board. In addition to being a CEO of ISSL, she is also a Director on the Boards of IL&FS Investment Managers Limited, IL&FS Energy Development Company Limited, Saurya Urja, IL&FS Cluster Development Initiative Limited and Skill Training Assessment Management Partners Limited, IL&FS Settlement and Transaction Services Limited.

Priya has over two decades of investment banking experience of advising corporates (domestic and foreign) on their strategic and financing needs. Her expertise lies in M&A advisory, private equity fund raising and public market offerings, for domestic and multinational corporations.

Prior to joining IFIN, Priya worked with Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited as Executive Director heading Kotak's Advisory and Capital Markets practice in Healthcare and Financial Services Sectors. She has also worked with Lazard India Limited as Associate Director as a senior member of Lazard's advisory practice covering Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Consumer and Metals sectors.
