Ms. Sabina Bhavnani

Chief Operating Officer, IL&FS Group (Asset Monetization)

Sabina Bhavnani is a part of the Resolution team and leading the new Board’s efforts in resolving and restructuring the Road Assets - the largest business vertical of IL&FS Group.

She has been with the IL&FS Group in various roles over two and a half decades and executed several transactions as Head of Investment Banking at the IL&FS Group. Prior to joining IL&FS she worked with a leading Management Consultant.

Sabina has an MBA in Finance. She has 29 years of experience across Corporate Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate Finance. In addition, she is also managing the resolution and monetization of assets in some other sectors including waste management sector, EPC and Urban Infrastructure.
