Mr. UDAY KOTAK, ex-Chairman of the Company, holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a MMS degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Mr. Kotak is the Managing Director and CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. Under Mr. Kotak’s leadership, over the past 33 years, the Kotak Group has established a prominent presence in major areas of financial services including banking, stock broking, investment banking, car finance, life and general insurance and asset management. Mr. Kotak is a member of International Advisory Board of GIC Private Limited, Singapore and International Advisory Panel of Monetary Authority of Singapore, Member of the Board of Governors of Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations and the Anglo Scottish Education Society (Cathedral & John Connon School), He is also a Governing Member of the Mahindra United World College of India.
